NDI Medical assigns a dedicated project manager to each of its neurostim therapy applications. The project manager guides the overall direction of the project and is responsible for establishing target objectives and reviewing progress regularly to ensure the project is on the correct course.
The project manager ensures that the design and development team addresses the project's engineering, clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, intellectual property, quality, and manufacturing tasks. Project management team members work with experts from academia, medicine and industry to transform our concept into a working product.
